Journal - Today you will be selecting a global issue topic to use in the next two units for this class. When you hear/read the words “global issue” what comes to mind? Elaborate and explain yourself.
When I hear the words global issue I always think of something larger than just in our community. I also think of something that is a problem in multiple countries, not just in America. Some issues that come to mind are natural disasters, world hunger, and wars. Some of these issues come to mind because they are much larger than just one area of the world. This is happening all over the world and needs to end. These are all issues because they are all bad things happening and everyone can agree that these issues are bad.
